The Ballad of Johnny SmoothSkin is about an overly lucky amnesiac guy who decides to start a trade caravan in 2288. Based in the Fallout universe, and legally able to exist due to the fact that it functions as a lore/game guide. Any of my stuff w/o context to Fallout is covered by CC 4.0
